Nolan Arenado Drive Street Naming Ceremony

Some of you may know that Nolan Arenado, Colorado Rockies third baseman and 7-time Gold Glove Award winner – grew up in Lake Forest and played in Lake Forest Little League as a youth.  His team that he played on with his brother Jonah, coached by his father Fernando, won the Tournament of Champions back in the day. The city of Lake Forest held a street naming ceremony this past Saturday (2/8), and now the street entering into the Lake Forest Sports Park off of Portola Parkway is called "Nolan Arenado Drive.

Parade of Teams 9:00am (line-up begins 8:30am) National Anthem LFLL President's Welcome Little League Pledge Ceremonial First Pitch Opening Day Baseball Games (11:00am game start for AA, AAA, and Majors divisions) Family Fun Activities including a live DJ, Silent Auction, and 50/50 and Prize Raffles Player should arrive in Uniform (pants, jersey, and hat - no cleats).

Document Check to verify player age and residency is mandatory for ALL players, new and returning (Little League International requires this).  As a reminder, the Document Check must be completed in order for your registration to be considered complete, and before your player can participate in player evaluations (AA and above divisions) and before your player can be placed on a team (lower divisions).
